Hoe verbind je met je Facebookpagina('s)

Met de Social Planner kun je al je fanpagina’s toevoegen om berichten te publiceren en in contact te komen met je Facebook-publiek via een Facebookpagina.

Volg de onderstaande stappen om je Facebookpagina’s te verbinden met het ByBoostify-platform.

1. Als je al eerder Facebookpagina’s vanuit een ander profiel hebt verbonden en nu nieuwe pagina’s wilt toevoegen, moet je de applicatie verwijderen via je Facebook-instellingen > Zakelijke integratie en vervolgens de onderstaande stappen opnieuw volgen, zoals weergegeven in de afbeelding hieronder.

2. Om al je Facebookpagina’s toe te voegen, is het noodzakelijk dat je beheerdersrechten hebt. Je moet inloggen met hetzelfde profiel dat beheerder is van alle pagina’s die je wilt verbinden.

Vanwege recente API-wijzigingen van Facebook wordt het posten op persoonlijke Facebookprofielen niet langer ondersteund. Je kunt echter nog steeds pagina’s van verschillende profielen toevoegen voor gebruik in de Social Planner.

Stap 1. Ga naar Social Planner > Instelling
Om te beginnen, ga naar Social Planner. In de rechterbovenhoek van Social Planner vind je de optie Instelling (tandwielpictogram). Klik hierop om naar de instellingen te gaan.

Stap 2. Klik op Nieuwe pagina verbinden, Facebookpagina
De volgende stap is om te klikken op Nieuwe Facebookpagina verbinden in de tabel zoals hieronder weergegeven, om meerdere Facebookpagina’s te beheren.

Stap 3. Geef toestemming om Facebookpagina(’s) op te halen
Als je voor de eerste keer een profiel verbindt, moet je ervoor zorgen dat je alle vereiste toestemmingen verleent. Klik op Doorgaan om het autorisatieproces voor het ophalen van de Facebookpagina(’s) te voltooien.

Stap 4. Selecteer Facebookpagina(’s) om te verbinden
Alle Facebookpagina’s die aan dit profiel zijn gekoppeld, worden weergegeven. Selecteer de pagina’s die je wilt verbinden met de Social Planner.

Stap 5. Controleer je verbinding
Tot slot worden alle geselecteerde pagina’s uit de vorige stap weergegeven met een succesvolle verbinding, zoals te zien is in de afbeelding hieronder.

Door deze instructies te volgen, kun je zoveel pagina’s toevoegen als je wilt, van hetzelfde of van verschillende Facebookprofielen.

How to connect to your Facebook Page(s)

Social Planner gives you the ability to add all your fan pages to publish posts and engage with your Facebook audience through a Facebook Page.

Following the steps below, you will be able to connect your Facebook pages with the ByBoostify platform.

1. If you have already connected your Facebook pages from any profile previously and want to add some new pages, you will have to 'Remove' the application from your Facebook Settings > Business Integration section on your Facebook account and follow the steps below all over again as demonstrated in the image below.

2. To add all your Facebook pages, it is necessary that you have Admin rights. It is mandatory for you to log yourself in with the same profile that has all the pages in which you are an admin.

Due to Facebook's recent API changes, it will no longer promote posting to Facebook personal profiles, however, you can add pages from different profiles for Social Planner.

Step 1. Go to Social Planner > Setting
To get started, please go to Social Planner. In the top right corner of Social Planner, there is a Setting option (Gear icon). Please navigate to Settings by clicking it.

Step 2. Click on Connect a new page, Facebook Page
The next step is to click on Connect a new Facebook page of the table as shown below to manage multiple Facebook Pages.

Step 3. Give permissions to fetch Facebook page(s)
If you're connecting any profile for the first time, you will have to make sure you give all the permissions to it. Please click Continue to complete the authorization process for fetching the Facebook page(s).

Step 4. Select Facebook Page(s) to connect
It will list all the Facebook pages for this profile, select the list of the ones you wish to connect for Social Planner.

Step 5. Verify your connection
Last but not least, all of the selected pages in the previous step will be listed down showing a successful connection; as shown in the image below.

Following these instructions, you can add as many pages as you wish from the same or different Facebook profiles.
